|Recommended: YesVery good, worth living except some noise — Sometimes I can hear my neighbors clearly.
|Recommended: YesQuaint — You get what you see and that's that. The website has some misinformation.
|Recommended: NoLess for a lot of rent — The apartment units are tiny For what rent I pay, there will be spacious houses apartments available elsewhere in Madison. Also, there is also no 6 month lease available.
|Recommended: YesNot bad experience — Not bad experience
|Recommended: YesThis apartment is perfect — This apartment is fully equipped so it's convenient moving in and living here. It's close to State Street and market and I really like that.
|Recommended: YesThe property is really good, just need better maintenance for the Laundry Room and Gym — The treadmill in the gym makes a lot of noise and one washing machine in the Laundry has been dis-functional for 20 days now. There is also alot of hair in the machine as well as a shortage of machines whenever I go. Is it possible to increase the number of machines

|Recommended: YesReasonably priced furnished apartments in location conventient to downtown and UW campus. — No frills furnished one and two bedroom apartments on historic tree-lined street. Best rent for location, and building comes with WI-FI, gym, study room with TV, computer room, free laundry and outside patio. Public areas are cleaned weekly. Property managers assist with roommate referrals. Roomy bedrooms with wall-to wall closets. Excellent on-line resources, professional staff at office.
|Recommended: NoNo maintenance — I have reported problems in my apartment when I fist checked in, but most of them were not solved It is already three month
|Recommended: NoGood for the price, but will splurge in the future — I like the highlander for individual leases and closeness to campus, but I don't love the thin walls and old noisy AC units.
|Recommended: NoNot the best, but good location — Good location right off State St, couple minutes away from the capitol, 10-15minaway from campus. The building itself is okay but very rarely clean the downstairs hall and lounge area, it could get really dirty sometimes. The units are nice but a little small. Amazing maintenance staff.
Main complaint careless management. We didn't get all the furniture we were supposed to get. There were supposed to be bookshelves in the room, but when we asked about it the management said that they had a limited number of those and they had been already given away. Also, it seems like nobody really cares about roommate-matching. I have filled out a page long questionnaire but somehow got the complete opposite. My roommate mentioned that she got matched with another person but for some reason ended up living with me.
Move-in wasn't a great experience either. I warned the management that I'll be moving in late at night because of my flight beforehand. They told me to pick up the keys from a different property's office. Turned out, they had changed the lock and left the wrong set of keys for me, which I figured when I arrived in the middle of the night and couldn't get in. I had to call security, but even security didn't have the right key to open my door. So we had to call emergency maintenance. Overall, it took me 3 hours to finally get into the apartment. The next day, I got only Sorry, we didn't know you got the wrong keys .
