|Recommended: YesConvenient and cozy — The bedroom is large and the facilities are in good condition. It’s near to State St, so shopping won’t be a problem. The best thing is that the rent is relatively low and really worth it
|Recommended: NoIf it’s your only option fine — This should not be a first, second, third, or fourth choice. In my apartment the plugs don’t work properly there were holes and other things in the room door and walls. It’s overall in bad shape. If you can go somewhere else but if you have to live here that’s fine it’s manageable

|Recommended: NoNot that good — Since the heat came, the vent in our bathroom has been making a big noise and there is a cold wind coming from the vent. It really influents my sleep. I haven't slept well for about a week until now since the problem happened last Friday. We requested maintenance last Saturday, and we called the office several times but nobody comes. We are really disappointed.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Stay — It's not too far from campus once you get used to it. Very close to State Street. Overall the place is well managed by the staff.
|Recommended: NoIt is okay for the price with everything you need — The staff members are nice at the leasing office, work orders take very long to be completed, the conduct in the laundry room is obnoxious consisting of persons removing your clothes from washers and driers and placing clothes on the counter which is unsanitary , the main areas often have a foul odor, doesn't seem like the elevator gets cleaned I noticed a spill in there for over a week , rooms are spacious closet space is a bit limited , receiving packages is relatively easy though I wish all of them were secured in the mailing room at all times.

|Recommended: YesExpected slightly better in the bedroom — I was disappointed upon move in because an outlet was missing, some were not even working, window sills were dirty, there were hair in the drawers, the ac was not working properly, and the mattress was dirty and a red stain on the carpet. I thought I would come to a cleaner, more functional bedroom. However, outside of the bedroom everything was working relatively fine.
